Sheikh Sultan, the younger son of UAE founder Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, passed away on Monday, November 18. The UAE will observe an official mourning period of three days with flags to be flown at half-mast, according to the directives of the ministry of Presidential Affairs.
