UAE raises fuel prices for November 2021

The UAE has increased fuel prices for November 2021.

The price of Super 98 has been scaled 7.7 per cent to Dhs2.8 compared to Dhs2.6 in October.

The price of Special 95 has also been raised 8 per cent from Dhs2.49 in October to Dhs2.69 in November.

Diesel in November will be priced at Dhs2.81, up from Dhs2.51 in October. Meanwhile, 91 E-plus will cost Dhs2.61 in November, hiked from Dhs2.42 in October.

US President Joe Biden said global energy markets needed to be well-supplied to avoid undermining the post-pandemic economic recovery as he addressed world leaders at the Group of Twenty summit in Rome.

Biden said Saturday that energy markets needed to be balanced and competitive, according to a senior administration official describing the private remarks on the condition of anonymity.

Another US official said Friday that Biden would use the meeting to ask energy-producing countries in the gathering of the world’s 20 largest economies to boost production.
