Home Covid-19 UAE reports 1,321 Covid-19 cases, 1,400 recoveries The nationwide case count has risen to 694,285 by Zainab Mansoor August 9, 2021 The UAE’s health ministry has reported 1,321 new cases of the coronavirus infection on August 9. The new cases were detected, following 233,245 tests conducted across the country to screen for the virus. As many as 1,400 patients recovered from the contagion in the past 24 hours, raising the total recoveries to 671,353. Three additional deaths due to Covid-19 complications were also reported, scaling the death toll to 1,978.
