The new cases were detected after 192,567 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus. The health ministry also announced 1,674 recoveries in the past 24 hours, raising the total recovery count to 924,192. Two deaths were reported in the previous 24 hours, raising the death toll to 2,315.
