UAE reports 2,172 Covid-19 infections; nationwide case count crosses 444,000

The UAE has reported a total of 2,172 Covid-19 infections on March 23.

The cases were detected as a result of 209,079 tests conducted across the country to screen for the virus.

The country’s health ministry also confirmed that 2,348 people have recovered in the past 24 hours.

The nationwide case count has now scaled to 444,398, which includes 427,188 recoveries and 1,451 fatalities.
