Home Covid-19 UAE reports 889 new Covid cases, total crosses one million The Covid-19 nationwide case count has risen to 1,001,445 by Gulf Business August 10, 2022 The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention has reported 889 Covid-19 cases on August 10. According to the National Emergency Crisis and Disasters Management Authority, the country crossed over a million cases since the beginning of the pandemic. The new cases were detected after 226,920 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus. The health ministry also announced 816 recoveries in the past 24 hours, raising the total recovery count to 980,178. One death was reported in the last 24 hours, keeping the death toll to 2,338.
