UAE reports 993 Covid-19 cases, 1 death
The number of recorded cases has risen to 717,374
The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 993 new Covid-19 cases on August 30, raising the number of recorded cases to 717,374.
The new infections were detected, following 321,470 tests conducted across the country to screen for the virus.
The health ministry also announced 1,501 recoveries in the past 24 hours, increasing the total recoveries to 703,603.
With one additional death due to Covid-19-related complications, the death toll has scaled to 2,039.
