UAE to implement midday work ban from June 15
The ban will be in place until September 15
The UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has said a midday work ban will begin on June 15.
According to the decision, work performed in the sun or in open places will be banned from 12.30pm to 3pm until September 15, 2021.

The decision is to protect the workers from extreme temperatures during peak summer months.
