Sharjah-based low-cost carrier Air Arabia has announced the resumption of direct flights to Sarajevo, capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Starting May 7, 2021, Air Arabia, will operate three weekly return flights between Sharjah to Sarajevo.

Passengers can book their tickets on the carrier’s website or by calling the call centre or through travel agents.
In February, Air Arabia resumed direct flights to the Egyptian city of Luxor.

The airline reported net profit of Dhs20m for the fourth quarter of 2020, a dip of 90 per cent year-on-year, due to the impact of the Covid-19 crisis. For the full year ending December 31, 2020, the airline announced a net loss of Dhs192m.
Meanwhile, it has adjusted operations to include safety measures. In October, the carrier announced free global Covid-19 cover for all passengers travelling on its flights departing from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
