UAE’s ARACO wins contracts for three projects valued at $108m

UAE-based Abdul Rahim Architectural Consultants (ARACO) has been appointed to work on three projects in the country worth Dhs395m ($107.5m).

The mixed-use projects are located in International Media Production Zone (IMPZ), Al Furjan and Jumeirah Village Circle Dubai, the firm said.

ARACO will take responsibility for the architectural, MEP and structural design, preparation of tendering process and construction supervision across the three projects.

The Dhs300m IMPZ project is a twin high-rise tower featuring two basement floors, a ground floor and 18 stories with 539 units of one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The second Dhs60m project in Al Furjan near Discovery Gardens comprises a building of two basement floors, a ground floor and 13 stories with 108 units

ARACO will also build the third project in Jumeirah Village Circle comprising two basement floors, a ground floor and four stories with 40 one-bedroom and 19 two-bedroom apartments.
