Over the last two years, Esports has become increasingly integrated into mainstream consciousness and pop culture. With almost three billion gamers worldwide, it is becoming a mainstream activity with global investors, brands, media outlets, colleges, schools, and consumers all paying attention. Today, esports provides students with the same opportunities and benefits as its traditional counterparts, including university scholarship opportunities. The growth of both the industry and the viewership has been staggering. According to Insider Intelligence, in 2021 there were 26.6 million monthly esports viewers in the US. USEA provides solutions to the esports and gaming community and ecosystem. The academy that launched in January this year offers coaching programmes for all levels of gamers and esports players delivered to schools, universities, and community groups across the United States. USEA will initially have a strong focus in Georgia and Kansas. USEA will work closely with schools, universities, and community groups to help support, establish and develop their esports programmes. Players, novices, and teams can all sign up for coaching sessions and development programmes for their respective games. It offers to coach to over 16 game titles, but this season will offer 4-6 titles.
