Home Industry Hospitality Waldorf Astoria set to open 275-room DIFC hotel later this year The hotel is Waldorf Astoria’s first ‘city’ hotel in the UAE by Aarti Nagraj January 17, 2019 Waldorf Astoria will open its new 275-room property in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) later this year. The first Waldorf Astoria city hotel to open in the UAE, the property, located at Burj Daman on Happiness Street, includes 201 rooms, 46 suites and 28 residential apartments. In terms of dining, the hotel will have three restaurants and bars including its signature venue Bull and Bear, rooftop lounge, St. Trop and the Peacock Alley Lounge and Bar. Amenities include a spa and fitness centre, a business centre, ballroom, library as well as three meeting spaces. The exact date of opening has not yet been revealed. Waldorf Astoria, part of the Hilton group, currently operates one resort in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah as well as another in Ras Al Khaimah. 0 Comments
